Homemade: We responsibly offer trustworthy and healthy homemade products to our clients, and we are keen on creating that feeling of visiting your best friends, not your local ice-cream shop. “Homemade” means more than just natural and fresh products, it means strong and lasting friendship, a professional bonding with our partners, all of this having as foundation honesty and mutual respect.

Happiness: When you are enjoying an ice-cream, a Puffle or a Milkshake from Thai Scoop we truly wish you feel appreciated and respected by each action, product and smile that we offer and that will help your day taste sweeter. We all know that a smile is contagious, so we wish that you will “smile it forward” everywhere you go.

And that is to share happiness with our partners and customers.

All of this happens throughout an experience crafted by our artists, by being the world’s most customer orientated ice cream company and also by offering a wide variety of homemade healthy, fun, delicious and affordable natural ice-cream based desert – which, of course, everybody loves. All of this will contribute to your balanced, healthy and happy living.

The same as our products, our values have 3 special ingredients and are quite simple.

First of all, our products.

Natural ingredients, mixed with passion by our ice-cream artists, served with a smile and spreading the feeling of happiness that ice-cream gives.

Second, the people.

We want to build family-like relationships, both with our partners, collaborators, colleagues and mostly with our customer and we want you to feel no different than when you are among friends.

Thirdly, the business.

Making money is not our primary goal, but to create value for all of us and the community that we are a part of.

OUR STORY BEGINS IN 2015.

WE HAVE STARTED FROM SCRATCH.

It all started in 2015, the year we saw a new way of creating ice cream. We adapted everything to our beliefs, imported the production gear and we tested it in the heart of Transylvania, Cluj-Napoca. Customers had an incredibly positive reaction to this, which made us unstoppable. As time passed, we have discovered some technical issues with our imported gear and the production process. And there came along a period of testing and research in our lab. In the end, with the HORECA experience that we gained during the years, we have developed our own gear of producing Thai ice-cream. That made us more efficient and we have created a new way of presenting the product: no more rolls, just scoops.

WE KEEP ON GROWING.

This was not just for making the job easier, on the contrary, it was all about making the final product healthier and to have as ingredients only naturals. Starting 2016, Thai Scoops became a brand and a business. It was the year that our extraordinary adventure started. We had opened 3 locations in just 3 weeks, with a total of 8 by the end of the year and made a great impression in 6 food festivals. The final of the year was marked by signing a Master Franchise contract with a strong partner in Spain.

WE ARE ON THE HIGHWAY TO SUCCES.

MORE THAN 20.000 ICE CREAM SOLD IN ONE MONTH.

More than 20.000 ice creams were sold in one month in our very first location and over 5000 in only 4 days at Street Food festival in Cluj-Napoca. Selling ice-cream is simple and that’s why we like to keep it not so simple. And we chose to prepare it in front of your eyes, to generate emotion and good vibes. That strong and natural taste is something that defines Thai Scoops.

WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE.

We made from this experience a daily basis and we are expanding in the whole world. On the list are new locations in Spain, Israel, and Hungary, 12 street food festivals just for 2017 and a big partnership with Kaufland Romania. We will open at least 5 more locations in Romania and we will be present at 2 Franchise festivals in 2018. We plan on going really big, on every continent.
